unrefined soccer commentary from two americans who know everything

SKY RAISES COST = SCREWED FANS

Soccer Business

Sky, in order to drive down their viewership, has implemented another price increase for subscriptions to cats vitamin
show Premier League games. Over the last five years Sky has continually increased the cost, there by seeing a corresponding 20% drop in subscriptions.

In what bloody century do we live in, that you can't walk down to your local pub, grab a pint and watch a game? The cost that both Sky and the Premier League think they can change fans that *cough* PAY THEIR BLOODY WAGES...is absurd. In America, you don't see ESPN or any of the other major networks pricing pubs out of showing the countries top sports.

Between the ticket cost and the reduced chance of watching the game in a pub, your only chance of watching a game will be on the nightly news or working at the stadium. Bloody absurd!
